Early on, I often set ambitious targets without having a clear understanding of the steps needed to achieve them, leading to a lot of wasted effort and unnecessary stress. Establishing specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals provides a structured plan that turns aspirations into actionable tasks. By focusing on this framework, I could have more effectively managed my time, reduced stress, and cultivated a more balanced and proactive approach to challenges and opportunities in life.
